A big day out

Before this gets lost in the whirlwind of my family visiting, I must relate a very special day that Jack had with his Oregon grandparents, which involved two different modes of public transportation (train and ferry), a beautiful sunny day, and a rather sunny disposition on Jack, I've been told.

Apparently he acted out "ring around the rosie" on the ferry for anyone who cared to watch, timing his "ashes, ashes, we all fall down" with the rocking of the boat so he actually would fall down. You might suggest to him that "row row row your boat" would be a more appropriate song in that setting, but Jack makes up his own mind about such things. Danny has this saying in his family: "You can always tell a Kramer." (And then the other person is supposed to answer: "But you can't tell him much.")

Thank you, Becky, for "memorializing" that special day with Jack.
